Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Tabtic, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Tabtic for personal and commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• • Safeguarding your password and account information
• • All activities that occur under your account
• • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information

Payment Terms

For paid services:

• • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform:

• • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• • To transmit or send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tabtic or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if Tabtic or a representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including breach of terms.
